I wasn't able to even check in due to being stuck in traffic on my way there from Texas. I am so upset. I was going to visit my husband who has been working out there for the past 3 months.

Room was not clean, someone’s dirty clothing was left in the room even after room was supposedly cleaned. Front desk staff was very rude. But other than that, I had a good experience, ****** right next door, plus multiple restaurants. ****** staff was amazing.

For the most part the staff was ok. The accommodations were nothing, like how it was advertised. The room smelled horrible and the carpet extremely. dirty. We had to find another hotel and checked out early because the environment affected my allergies in a major way.
The was only one restaurant open, However, in the advertisement it stated 3 restaurants. I also inquired multiple times, prior to booking, how close it was to the French Quarters. I was told 10 to 15 mins by car. In reality it 30 plus mins away from the French Quarters. Be close to the French Quarters, was very important to us. As a long time, costumer, I'm very disappoint with *******, as I book my vacation through. They too provided me with incorrect information prior to me booking this vacation.

I paid $400 for 1 night for 2 queen beds (1 room) with a mini refrigerator. No microwave, no breakfast. It looks like a motel 6 room. Needs remodeling at minimum.

1st off when you walk into the lobby the front desk do not greet you...instead they make you wait till they finish having a conversation then says NEXT never looking up! I asked in my notes not to be near the elevator...They put me 3 room away! The bathroom sink leaked and the carpet smelled funny. You had to go to 1st floor use the microwave, I was on the 5th floor. The BIGGEST ISSUE was that the AC did not cool the room and I had it set to 67 degrees. the Front Desk Staff is the biggest issue!
On the Plus side the cleaning staff was very friendly and professional when I need more towels.
